Assigning storage space should be "disk image"

Bug Description

In the Assigning storage space page in the New VM wizard, I'd like to see "Simple File" renamed to "Disk Image". This is 1) potentially less destructive, 2) a more common use case.

Also, I'm don't think a question mark is needed at the end of "Allocate entire virtual disk now?"
