Bug Description
Binary package hint: qemu
I've got a virtual Ubuntu Server installed with virt-manager. I intended to use KVM, but I'm not sure whether KVM or QEMU is used at the moment. My system does support KVM.
When I installed the system I had the Ubuntu Server installation CD in the virtual CD/DVD drive, which is probably not a surprise. But now I haven't done that anymore and the server isn't running. When I tried to start it manually in virt-manager I got this traceback:
"Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/share/
vm.startup()
File "/usr/share/
self.
File "/usr/lib/
if ret == -1: raise libvirtError ('virDomainCreate() failed', dom=self)
libvirtError: virDomainCreate() failed QEMU quit during console startup
qemu: could not open disk image /dev/scd0"
Re-assigning to virt-manager. The bug is there, if it still exists.
