Bug Description

~$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
Release: 22.04
~$ uname -a
Linux santo 6.2.0-32-generic #32~22.04.1-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Fri Aug 18 10:40:13 UTC 2 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

~$ apt-cache policy virt-manager
virt-manager:
  Installed: 1:4.0.0-1
  Candidate: 1:4.0.0-1
  Version table:
 *** 1:4.0.0-1 500
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu jammy/universe amd64 Packages
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu jammy/universe i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Expected behavior : virt-manager will allow interaction with virtual machines.
Behavior : Virtual manager allows creation of virtual machines and (apparently) runs them. Attempting graphical interaction with the virtual machine results in Virtual-manager failing to respond, and eventually crashing.

This behavior began subsequent to updating to the current kernel. Other programs (Firefox, especially) also have response issues.
