Bug Description

$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS
Release: 22.04
$ apt-cache policy virt-manager
virt-manager:
  Installed: 1:4.0.0-1
  Candidate: 1:4.0.0-1

When the mouse is captured I expect to be able to see my cursor again when the VM is turned off.
Instead the cursor remains hidden when it is over the window. I have to open one of the menus in the menu bar to see the mouse again.
