Bug Description

No global menu in virt-manager, whether Appearance settings are to use to global menu or display application menu in title bar. Either way, no app menu == no ability to add new connections or set preferences.

I was going to clear out my virt-manager preferences (including stored connections) to see if that would get the menu back, but have completely roadblocked on finding the stored preferences. They do not disappear with an apt-get purge virt-manager, either, which adds to frustration and probably should be reported as its OWN bug.
