I've not seen this in saucy or trusty (and raring is eol). Has anyone seen this on recent releases?

To help figure out what's going on, if you can reproduce this, please show

1. the result of 'ls -l $HOME $HOME/Downloads $HOME/*.iso $HOME/Downloads/*.iso'
2. contents of /etc/libvirt/libvirt*.conf and /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf
3. any result of 'grep <iso-file-name> /var/log/audit/* /var/log/syslog /var/log/messages /var/log/libvirt/libvirtd.conf'
4. /var/log/libvirt/qemu/$vm.log
