Add libheif1 support

Bug Description

Please link the package also with libheif1 to get HEIF support (which is a very common image format nowadays what with iPhones defaulting to the image format).

All that's needed is to add libheif-dev to compile dev dependencies.

Jammy and above are built against libheif, so I guess this can be closed?

Yep. Fortunately 2.5 years later the bug has fixed itself.
