Bug Description

Binary package hint: vino

Vino Version: 2.24.1-0ubuntu1
Ubuntu Version: 8.10 Intrepid Ibex

I set the option in vino-preferences to disable my wallpaper for when VNC is in use, and that worked just fine and disabled my wallpaper, replacing it with the default brown. Later, when I was gone using my computer as a VNC server, I tried unsetting the option, but that did nothing. I could not turn my wallpaper back on. In the end, I had to use gconf-editor to go to desktop>gnome>background and set draw_background to 1.
I was not able to reproduce this, so I'm not sure how it came to pass. If others experienced this problem too and were able to reproduce it, perhaps we can shoot this down together.
