Bug Description

if you cal: "# vino-preferences" you should be able to change the loging configuration for gnome vnc server but,
the changed configuration (ask password from client) does not work! (is the configuration changed???)

if the settings (in vino-preferences) are as:

ENABLE: Allow others to view my desktop,
AND ENABLE: Other can control my desktop,AND DISABLE: if someone tries to log in by vnc ask me, AND ENABLE: Ask
the password if someone wants to login, AND finaly typing some 8 characters password,
you will see(no matter if you reboot or not!) everyone can view and control your desktop!
