Bug Description

1) Open RDV (vinagre)
2) Click top left 'Connect' button.
3) Protocol = VNC
4) Find Host ( select either IPv4 or IPv6, which yields same local ip address; in my case 192.168.0.3::5900)
5) Also tried 192.168.0.3 alone.
6) Connection options (tried all individually)
7) Clicked the bottom right 'Connect' button.
8) Receive a 'VNC authentication is required' dialog.
9) Enter vnc username and password.
10) Click 'Authenticate' button.
11) An error occurred dialog is returned with the message: Authentication for host 192.168.0.3 has failed (Authentication or authorization failure).

Connecting from Ubuntu 11.10 to Mac OS X 10.6
