Bug Description

AppMenu integration with gnome-vim does not seem to work at all. Sometimes I see the gnome-vim menu on the top bar, but at that point clicking on any of the menus does not produce any menu entries being displayed. Currently, when I bring the gnome-vim window to the foreground, no menu is shown in AppMenu. Just to be clear, in case I have my name wrong, by AppMenu I mean the menu that is integrated into the top GNOME panel much like on Mac OS X.
