Add nginx syntax to the default vim package

Could you add the nginx.vim into the syntax directory and add the appropriate line into the filetype.vim ?

Looking at my 'jammy' installation I see that nginx.vim is installed in
  /usr/share/vim/vim82/syntax
so I'm closing this report as being fixed.
