Bug Description
Binary package hint: vim-tiny
hello, I'm using vim-tiny version 7.0-035+1ubuntu4
when I'm in insert mode and I want to change the current line, I press up/down but vim-tiny puts unwanter characters (A when i hit up, B when I hit down, C when i hit right and D when i hit left) in the line and a line break, also the "à" is not well interpreted and I get a blue vertical line with a space after
anyway if I install the standard vim package everithing is fixed!

I can confirm this issue. But if I hit the "Page next" key for example, everything goes back to normal.
And also, installing 'vim' fixed the problem.
