Bug Description
"Vim 7 is ready! After years of development this feature packed editor
is waiting for you."
Since exceptions on new version upload freeze are possible for popular applications are made I thought it would be a shame to miss out on this for dapper.

Dapper is to be released next month, and vim 7.0 is not yet in the Debian unstable archive (betas are in experimental). Given the number of feature improvements in 7.0, this will be merged in Edgy.
