vim vs. vim-runtime version inconsistency

Bug Description

Binary package hint: vim

There is an inconsistency in jaunty arm repo(s) and I can not install vim because of it:

root@vz:~# apt-get install vim
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

This was already fixed during the weekend, now all vim* packages have version of 2:7.2.079-1ubuntu5
