vim-runtime upgrade failed while upgrading to 9.04

Binary package hint: vim-runtime

Same bug as I reported manually here : https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/vim/+bug/307695 . But After the installation is done Ubuntu asked me to report it. So I presume that some data will be commit. (I don't know how to give them manually.)
