Bug Description

Binary package hint: vim

When working on development release packages using stable release we can't have development release name highlighted, instead of it's being marked in red as if it were an error. So, release+1 should always be included on vim changelog's highlighting. Attaching debdiff for hardy/Intrepid

This is fixed in Intrepid already.

NACK for SRU; it's a bad habit to do intrepid development on stable releases. It only encourages building the package on hardy, instead of in Intrepid. Chroots are fine for development, and there you have the updated vim, too. I don't think we should repeatedly update LTSes whenever we open a new Ubuntu release.
