Bug Description

Try to edit a text file about 200MB in size, e.g. an sql, in my case a sql database dump.
Vim becomes unusably slow to respond to keyboard and mouse input, or at least to mousewheel scrolling.

Response time of the editor should not depend on the total size of the file being edited, be it 200MB or 20GB.

Using pageUp and pageDown is slow too, but not as much as mousewheel scrolling which will hang vim for several minutes after just moving the wheel up or down for a few seconds.

Well, also deleting lines with 'dd' is painfully slow.

Insert or paste became slow in my case in line 670.
But then I go to the first line and edit it then undo changes.
Then return to 670 line. Slowing disappear.

File size 4677 lines.
