Bug Description

Whose idea was it to design mouse-over tooltips with white text on light-grey background, you cannot read on the screen?

Viking 1.6, kubuntu 16.04

Viking doesn't set any colours for fonts (be they background, foreground or in tooltips), they are all inherited from the system desktop settings/theme.
