  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - debian/control: Add libgles2-mesa-dev as a Build-Depends for armhf.
  * Drop armel, as we don't build for it anymore.

  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.4 (no changes needed).
  * Switch to xz compression and add a Pre-Depends on dpkg.
  * Bump debian/compat to level 9.
  * Migrate to minimal debhelper.
  * Fix lintian warning extra-license-file by removing this file.
  * Overwrite lintian warning no-upstream-changelog.
