popup window when getting a new identity too low

To reproduce:

1) Open Vidalia control panel
2) "Use a New Identity"
3) A yellow popup window comes up at the bottom of the screen...but only part of it. Looks like it's opening below the hidden pane, and only the top of it is showing.
