Bug Description

autopkgtests fail when running victoriametrics with `libgcc-s1` version `13-20230215-1ubuntu2`; however all the tests will pass when downgrading `libgcc-s1` version `12.2.0-14ubuntu1`.

There seem to be some CGO-related issues (involving FFI calls to the C code).
