vdr does not start due to lack of rights on dvb devices upon startup

Today vdr does not start any more during the boot (it did yesterday). After a user logs in and starts with systemctl start vdr, it starts properly.

I use ureadahead, I wonder if it affects this - like missing a dependency in systemd scripts results in the devices not being ready when vdr tries to start.
