Bug Description
I've installed varnish using apt-get, thinking it was version 4.x, but what I got was a 3.x version so I ran apt-get remove varnish (sucessfully) and then compiled the 4.x version from source (also successfully).
Now I keep getting this error on every reboot.

If you want up to date packages for Varnish, use the projects repositories or backports facilities. Newer releases have been adapted to work better with upstart and follow now systemd policies for fedora and debian.
