Bug Description

The current version of valgrind (1:3.9.0-4ubuntu1) was built against version 2.18 of glibc, so its default suppression files target glibc libraries of that version.

Valgrind needs to be rebuilt against the new version of glibc in trusty.

This is currently blocking CI runs in Mir. See, for example the failures at:

Confirmed that this fixes Mir CI runs: see https://jenkins.qa.ubuntu.com/job/mir-team-mir-development-branch-trusty-amd64-ci/669/ and later. Thanks!
