Bug Description

Please sync vala-panel-appmenu 25.04+dfsg-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Add missing build dependency on libxfce4ui-2-dev.
  * Add missing build dependency on libxfce4ui-2-dev.

The dependency changes have been applied in the Debian packaing too now. (Note that I've only looked at the delta, I see there's a large jump in the version number packaged, but I don't fully know what the impact of this will be :) )

Changelog entries since current questing version 0.7.6+dfsg1-7ubuntu2:
