Regular items in submenu that a user can click, and disabled ones look the same with default theme, Ambiant-MATE.

This is still the issue of Ubuntu MATE 21.10 (Impish Indri) as I tested with a daliy live .iso image either with the Ambiant-MATE or the Yaru-MATE-light themes.
