Bug Description

After a clean install of ubuntu mate 19.04, I found a bug on global menu applet.

In libreoffice, menus appears 2 times on the global menu applet (and don't disappear in the libreoffice window). I have this bug on 2 computers (Asus ux304ca and Asus ux330ca).

I can confirm that this still occurs in Ubuntu MATE 19.10 Beta release (downloaded on 10/16/19 around 00:00utc). I checked on my laptop and desktop, which both are affected. My laptop has a 1366x768 screen, but my desktop has a 1920x1080, and on my desktop I can see that there are two (functioning) menus for LibreOffice in the global menu.

Screenshot from laptop attached.
