su bash-completion isn't working since 19.04

Bug Description
The su bash-completiton isn't working in 19.04 or 19.10.
There is 2 files related to su bash completion in 19.10:
/usr/share/
/usr/share/
However, I had to get the file /usr/share/
su USER+TAB now complete the username.

The issue has been reproted upstream on https:/ /github. com/scop/ bash-completion /issues/ 253 and they pointed out it's a util-linux problem since that's the package shipping the file
