You have a broken third party init script named "runmbbservice" installed. You will need to remove it or add appropriate LSB tags to it.

Changed in util-linux (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid

The File "runmbbservice" was completely empty, so i deleted the file
itself and the links to it.

After:
sudo dpkg --configure -a && sudo apt -f install
the "apt-get" command works fine.

But i have no idea where the "runmbbservice"-script comes from.
Google also found only similar cases.

Many Thanks!
