Typo in man page: s/reatime/relatime/

The string still stays "reatime" on Ubuntu Saucy.

1. I ran grep -ilr reatime after grabbing the most recent trusty package and found out the error was in mount/mount.8

Fixed it. Hopefully it'll be released in Ubuntu Trusty soon :)

This is fixed in 2.25-8ubuntu1. Unfortunately I typo'ed the bug number in the changelog, so will close manually once it lands.
