Bug Description
util-linux needs config.{guess, sub} updating for arm64 and also a on-line patch for fdisk in order to buld for arm64
patch attached. All of this should be upstream (an autoreconf would fix the autoconf config stuff more thoroughly).

The part of the patch on fdiskbsdlabel.h does not seem correct, it lacks a || before the newly added defined( __aarch64_ _)
