Error processing usrmerge package during apt update

As solicited by Dimitri John Ledkov (xnox) (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/usrmerge/+bug/1924850) here's a new bug report regarding usrmerge package:

1) The release of Ubuntu you are using => Description: Ubuntu 21.04 Release: 21.04
2) The version of the package you are using:
usrmerge:
