Could you open a console, do 'ls /var/crash' and then:
apport-retrace <usplash.crash filename> where usplash.crash filename is the name as it appears in the output of ls /var/crash.
And then attached the <usplash.crash> file.,, please.
Soon this won't be necessary anymore, but because you are using powerpc architecture, this is necessary.
