Bug Description
Binary package hint: usplash
Tested on 3 different computers today and a week ago on some 2 more, Usplash doesn't display on boot or shutdown, leading to display some text messages which are some way less attractive for a boot experience. It should display on start of shutdown, if no problem occurs during these stages.
