bootsplash error from usplash init script

Bug Description

These HDIO_DRIVE_CMD error shows both during boot and shutdown.

 * Enabling additional executable binary formats... [ ok ]
/etc/rc2.d/S98usplash: line 17: bootsplash: command not found
 * Checking battery state...
Starting laptop_mode.
 HDIO_DRIVE_CMD(setidle1) failed: Input/output error
basename: too few arguments
Try `basename --help' for more information.
 HDIO_DRIVE_CMD(setidle1) failed: Inappropriate ioctl for device
                                                                         [ ok ]

I'm fairly certain this is fixed by:

usplash (0.1-14) breezy; urgency=low

  * Fix lack of quoting in the init script
