Bug Description

With hardy I have a problem that framebuffer screens (boot up and down) were displaying blank colored screens cycling through different colors. I found out that was because usplash.conf that was there by default set the resolution to 640x480. When I changed it to 1024x768 (Native resolution) the boot splash screens are displayed OK. I also had to update the initramfs of course.
This is on an iBook G4 laptop with a radeon card (r300).
