package userful-multiplier (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1..... I just downloaded the userful mult. software from the ubuntu download centre, after download it asked for a screen like licence agreement screen and then it crashed ... i tried to uninstall the product and then redownload it hoping that would solve the poroblem but i failed.
