Bug Description
Binary package hint: userconfig
** Bug Reproduction **
Create a new group. While still in the user management control module, select
an existing user and try to change that user's primary group to the newly
created group. You will see that the newly created group is not on the
drop-down list. The group will only be selectable after exiting and
re-entering the user management control module.

Indeed so, I guess userconfig should start using a proper model :S
