lsusb -t does not work

Bug Description

Binary package hint: usbutils

The file /proc/bus/usb/devices does not exist in recent distros.
Hence, trying to run 'lsusb -t' I get the following error message:
cannot open /proc/bus/usb/devices, No such file or directory (2)

I can confirm this bug.

This is actually a duplicate of bug 159189, which is fixed in Intrepid
