Add USB ID description for 2a47:0c02 "bq Aquaris E4.5"

Currently, usb.ids (http://www.linux-usb.org/usb-ids.html ) does not have an entry for the bq Aquaris E4.5.

Thus, lsusb does not show something for the USB ID "2a47:0c02", which is the bq Aquaris E4.5.
