Broadband connection get terminated automatically

When I connect my Huawei E352 modem it get connected. But in 5 or 10 seconds ut get disconnected and notify "ModemManager Disconnected". I was able to get it working by running following command on terminal

'sudo usb_modeswitch -v 12d1 -p 1506 -i 2 -R'

but it works only until I reboot my PC.

Im using Ubuntu 12.04. I tried with both Gnome 3 shell and Unity.. On both the bug appears.

Not an issue in modemmanager -- this means there is probably a device that isn't noticed by usb-modeswitch in Precise.
