Bug Description

Binary package hint: usb-creator

When I try to reserve more than 2GB of space on a FAT16 drive, the usb-creator-gtk freezes when the casper-rw file reaches 2GB in size.

Perhaps usb-creator should requrie the user to choose 2GB or smaller casper-rw files on FAT16 partitions?
