Bug Description
Binary package hint: usb-creator
The version of usb-creator in karmic no longer notifies the user that the ISO is not casper-based, and thus not usable. It simply does not add the ISO to the source list. This is a regression from 9.04.
The message should note in simple terms what kind of CDs are supported without resorting to defining casper.

This problem also occurs in Lucid for a busted ISO image. I managed to download a broken image (md5sum -c md5sum.txt reports "WARNING: 55 of 62 listed files could not be read") and usb-creator does not provide any indication in the UI. It just doesn't add the image to the source list.
