Bug Description

Binary package hint: usb-creator

When trying to make a bootable key on my 1GB usb key, the applications goes to 6% or 9% and then crashes asking to see ~/.usb-creator.log (attached) for details.

My key is 1GB, with 1 big FAT32 partition.
Tried and reproduced each time with :
 - ubuntu 9.04 alpha6 iso
 - official 8.10 iso

Tried both options :
 - documents stored in reserved extra space (I put the max) - then it stops at 6%
 - documents discarded on shutdown - stops at 9%

After that the key is not mounted anymore. That seems to be a mounting/unmounting problem.

-----
Required information
 - using ubuntu 8.10
 - usb-creator 0.1.10

That's my mom's computer and she keeps it up to date ; I tried again recently, certainly with the most recent version as of december 2009,
and it worked fine, with another key that was 4GiB big and using the 9.10 iso.

So we can assume the problem is solved. Sorry I forgot about this bug, thanks for the reminder.
