Bug Description

Binary package hint: usb-creator

Minutes ago I submitted a similar problem report. Between that failure and this
I re-formatted the USB disk (with windoze) again to FAT and the error message
changed. Still, no joy___

Note: I now think this identical to #301345

I'm just groping in the dark making arbitrary changes. I don't know what else to do.

This time I reformated the flash drive using FAT32 and specified the maximum free space left (1.2 GB out of 2.o GB).

Discovered that CD wouldn't pass integrity check. the third CD I cut did pass the integrity check and then building the USB boot disk worked.

Now, if I could find how to mark this ticket closed I would.
