Bug Description
Binary package hint: usb-creator
In the case where a user has multiple machines, one of which may have Ubuntu installed, and an internet connection, and the other of which may not have any operating system, or an operating system with which the user is unfamiliar, or fails to have an internet connection, the user may wish to create a bootable install USB on one machine, for installation on another. This may also be the case for users who wish to carry a prepared live USB disk to alternate locations, or to support installation or recovery of a remote machine.
For either of these use cases, the recommendation that a user may reboot the image creating machine to use the image is confusing, and possibly incorrect. It would be better to notify the user that the result may be removed from the machine, and used to boot or install Ubuntu.
