Bug Description

Hello

I am currently working on a HP Envy X360 15-w100nf PC
equipped with realtek wifi card module rtl8723be (it's important you'll see why)

Brief history:
problems started with the update of 16.04 about 3 weeks ago, because 2 logs were filling up at a phenomenal speed (30 GB in 5 minutes) saturating my partition Ubuntu yet 40 GB!
The solution has been found thanks to a valuable help from the forum, always so effective:
https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=2028634

It consisted of changing a line of the grub file
by adding: "pcie_aspm = off"
to the following line: GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT = "quiet splash pcie_aspm = off"
Since everything is back in order
I think it was important to give you this information before continuing

Now back to the subject of this bug report
I launched the live key Ub18.04.1 > I arrived well on the desktop normally
at the first launch, clicked on:
- terminal: no answer
- files: no answer
- parameters: no answer
- power: no answer, etc ...

So I had to press long on power button

I start again, this time I go further ... a little !!
I went up to French-French Azerty, and then this message
http://i66.tinypic.com/r0cfo5.jpg

I think it's the same problem as in 16.04, but stuck because it occurs in the live key when I did not have it in 16.04 because my live was 16.04.4 and not 5.

thanks in advance for bringing a solution at all the HP users because I happened not to be the only one

PS: I checked the correct transfer of the iso file with md5sum
