Bug Description
Whether I use my laptop running 13.04 or my desktop PC running 13.10, I am unable to create a bootable USB drive from any ISO image, even images like 9.04 that used to work fine.
- I tried multiple USB keys
- I checked MD5 sums
- Unetbootbin does the job
There is no specific error shown on the command line and the message is only "Installation failed"
The error shows up straight away without a delay after pressing the "Make startup disk" button.
UPDATE 1: I found the error log in ~/.cache and the error is "UnicodeDecodeE
