Bug Description
I have an N4 (mako) which, as of the beginning of the month, was able to connect to the cell network with no problems. After a recent update, it seems to no longer be able to see the network.
I'm on the devel channel (not devel-proposed), and currently on build number 119. The problem seemed to begin prior to build 113 - I applied both 113 and 119 yesterday to try to fix the problem. (I don't use the phone very often as a phone, so it's hard to pin down exactly when the problem started; I noticed the problem only because I saw that I had a voicemail, which I was then unable to dial out to retrieve.)

I know there has been some recent work around flight mode on the phone, and some bugs as a result - but I was under the impression that the fixes for this had all landed in the devel channel by now.
I've manually invoked '/usr/share/

@Steve
Pretty sure you're still hitting bug #1321627... That said, I'll answer a few of your points, and get your opinion on whether we can consider this a DUP.
First, we did land fixes for the above bug last Friday ( 20140711 ) and the resulting urfkill package ( 0.6.0~20140708. 110711. a0581f3- 0ubuntu2 ) landed in image #u127. Also, it looks like we finally managed to land an image today ( #133 ).
Also re: the flight-mode script. Running it with no args should just output the current state of flight-mode. It can be passed 1 or 0 to enable/disable flight-mode.
Finally, unfortunately fixing this without a full flash might require you to update urfkill. Stop it, clean up the bad state file... and restart urfkill ( or reboot ).
